  • I'm subletting my apartment for 100 a week or 400 a month. I'm subletting it for June and July. It is 1 bedroom in a 3 bedroom apt on 712 W. Huron, a minute's walk from Main street.

    The apt has a fireplace, three skylights, a two floor deck, a wide open floorplan, and a huge kitchen that wraps around the front of the apartment. It used to be two separate properties, but it was joined to make one much larger apartment.

  • I am an incoming grad student working on my Masters in Music Education. I am 26, single and actively working on my relationship with Christ. I also have 1 cat that is shy at first but very friendly when she gets to know you. I am rather conservative in behavior, and do not smoke, drink, or party. I have an apartment being held for me at the Pines of Cloverlane (about a 10 minute drive to North Campus, 5 min. to Meijers, 8 min. to the free Green lot) until the end of the month. Since I've been in the workplace for a couple years and had a twenty minute drive each day, I don't mind the drive at all, and I look at the apartment as a sort of sanctuary to return to at the end of the day, rather than the fact that it is not right on campus. The apartment is ready for immediate occupancy. It is a two bed, one and a half bath apartment with a balcony and extra storage room right outside the apartment. It is almost 1000 sq. ft. and is one of their newly redone apartments with new cabinets and everything (it is very nice and the layout doesn't make it seem too small). The view from the balcony is gorgeous (which I never really cared about before, but it is!). Rent for the second bedroom is $369/month. All utilities will be split evenly, and I have been told that the highest cost for all utilities combined during the winter is about $100. I'm looking for a female non-smoker, non-partier (at least not at our apartment, but dinner parties are great!), responsible roommate with whom to share expenses.
