Ann Arbor is located in southeastern Michigan, and is served by the Detroit Metropolitan Airport (DTW). The conference will take place on the main campus of the University of Michigan, and there are plenty of places for shopping and dining within convenient walking distance. So those staying near campus will be able to get around without a car. The airport is about 25 miles from Ann Arbor, and you can take a taxi from the airport for about $45. There is also a van shuttle service that runs between the airport and campus, and stops at most hotels.Additional information may be found on the MCTP visitor information page.
