Travel and Accomodations

Lodging Details

We have reserved a room for each registered participant for the dates you registered with at either the Bell Tower Hotel or The Dahlmann Campus Inn which are both within walking distance to the Conference site, 340 West Hall. We have arranged two people per standard room with two double beds in each room. More information on whom you are rooming with and confirmation numbers for your reservation will be sent by email at the beginning of January 2008. The room charge only will be charged direclty to our conference grant. Any meals or phone calls will need to be paid direclty by guest.

Travel Grants

Travel funds are availabe to those who indicated need in their registration in the maximum amount of $150 for particpants traveling by car, train, or by air. For those of you traveling by train or air please be sure to save your travel receipts and bring them with you to the conference as you will be asked to complete reimbursement forms and provide proof of purchase for those expenses to be reimbursed. Reimbursement for travel by car will be reimbursable based on $.485 per mile. This rate is to incorporate fuel costs and wear and tear on your personal vehicle.
