Michigan Quantum Summer School Registration/Application

There will not be a registration fee. The registration deadline has been extended to June 15th, 2010. If space and funding is available, we expect to accommodate all applicants that register. A shared dorm room with two single beds will be provided to those that select this accommodation at no cost for the duration of the summer school. If you select accommodations other than the dormitory you are responsible for making your own reservation and covering those costs other than for invited speakers.

We will contact you no later than Tuesday, June 15th to confirm your acceptance and any other relevant details that may pertain to you (i.e. special requests, requests for 20 minute talks, or poster session requests).
