RATES for Metro Cars/Metro Transportation (not including tip)
Black Sedans (Metro Cars) Flat Rate DTW → Ann Arbor:

White Mini-Vans (Metro Transportation) Shared Ride Flat Rate DTW → Ann Arbor (not including tip): $48 [Cost would be split by the number of people in van. Shuttle Services
Custom Transit, Ann Arbor Airport Shuttle, Metro Eddie’s Super Shuttle or Michigan Flyer Bus – Prior reservations are recommended at least one hour before scheduled pick-up for guaranteed service but not required. You could certainly try calling them to check on availability when you land at the airport. Most inexpensive options currently available.

1. Custom Transit
(734) 971-5555 or www.customtransit.com

You can certainly contact Custom Transit once you land at the airport to check on their availability if a reservation was not made ahead of time. Perhaps they could easily accommodate you in a timely manner. If arrangements can be made, depending on which terminal you are in, they will direct you on where to go. This will NOT be at the airport’s Ground Transportation Center as only Metro Cars/Metro Transportation is allowed there. They would direct you to the “Reserved/Prearranged Transportation Center” for that terminal (or you can follow the signs for this) for where their car/van will be waiting for you or you could visit their web site for terminal directions: http://customtransit.com/terminals/

RATES (not including tip):
1 passenger:           DTW → Ann Arbor ($40), Ann Arbor → DTW ($33) or Round-trip ($65)
2 passengers:         DTW → Ann Arbor ($47), Ann Arbor → DTW ($44) or Round-trip ($85)
3 passengers:         DTW → Ann Arbor ($50), Ann Arbor → DTW ($47) or Round-trip ($90)
4 passengers:         DTW → Ann Arbor ($55), Ann Arbor → DTW ($50) or Round-trip ($95)

Each additional passenger lowers the per-passenger price. For instance, a group of 4 can
make a round-trip for about $24 per person. Holiday and late night service charges may
apply. Allow 1-hour of travel time before you reach Detroit Metro Airport and a 15
minute pick-up window as a norm.

2. Ann Arbor Airport Shuttle
(734) 222-9400 or http://annarborairportshuttle.net/3.html

Shuttles operate normally from 6:00AM to 8:00PM. Reservations can be made between 4:00AM to 6:00AM for an additional $5. For quick service please make reservations by phone, not by email.

RATES (not including tip):
1 passenger:           DTW → Ann Arbor ($35), Ann Arbor → DTW ($30)
      (one passenger round-trip is $60)
2 passengers:         DTW → Ann Arbor ($45), Ann Arbor → DTW ($45)
3 passengers:         DTW → Ann Arbor ($47), Ann Arbor → DTW ($47)
4 passengers:         DTW → Ann Arbor ($52), Ann Arbor → DTW ($52)

3. Metro Eddie’s Super Shuttle (Operates 7 days a week with limited hours of 7am – 7pm)(734) 507-9220 or http://annarborsupershuttle.com/index.html

You can certainly contact Metro Eddie’s Super Shuttle once you land at the airport to check on their availability if a reservation was not made ahead of time. Perhaps they could easily accommodate you in a timely manner. If arrangements can be made, depending on which terminal you are in, they will direct you on where to go. This will NOT be at the airport’s Ground Transportation Center as only Metro Cars/Metro Transportation is allowed there. They would direct you to the “Reserved/Prearranged Transportation Center” for that terminal (or you can follow the signs for this) for where their car/van will be waiting for you.

RATES (not including tip):
Flat rate of $40 for service between Detroit Metro Airport and destinations in and around the city of Ann Arbor. Private groups (2-5 passengers) add an additional $10.

3. Michigan Flyer Bus (Only one drop-off location for Ann Arbor)
1-888-643-5937 or www.michiganflyer.com

See schedule on-line at:
http://www.michiganflyer.com/schedules.html

*Operates seven days a week, including holidays. Roughly a bus departs each terminal every two hours from 7:20am until 10:00pm depending on which terminal you are in. Reservations are suggested at least one-hour prior to the scheduled departure. However, they can sometimes accommodate last minute requests but you would need to pay for ticket by phone or web site with a credit card as the driver only accepts cash for payment. Same goes for eastbound to DTW airport (Ann Arbor → DTW Airport).

*Single Drop-off Location in Ann Arbor (would need to get a local taxi from here to get
to your desired destination – local taxi information is listed below)

Four Points by Sheraton
3200 Boardwalk
Ann Arbor MI 48108
http://www.michiganflyer.com/annarbor.html

RATES (not including tip):
Advance reservations with pre-pay (at least 1 hour prior in advance):
DTW-Ann Arbor or Ann Arbor-DTW: $15 per person

No advance reservation:
DTW-Ann Arbor or Ann Arbor-DTW: $20 per person and remember driver only accepts cash or you can call their number and pay by credit card over the phone to be able to get on the bus.

Other Taxi Services
If you choose to use any of these taxi services to pick you up at the DTW airport prior reservations are recommended although not required. You could try calling them once you land to see if timely arrangements could be made. If arrangements can be made, depending on which terminal you are in, they will direct you on where to go. But, keep in mind these taxis will certainly NOT be at the terminal’s Ground Transportation Center as only Metro Cars (also called Metro Transportation) is currently allowed there at this time.
