You can certainly contact Custom Transit once you land at the airport to check on their availability if a reservation was not made ahead of time. Perhaps they could easily accommodate you in a timely manner. If arrangements can be made, depending on which terminal you are in, they will direct you on where to go. This will NOT be at the airport’s Ground Transportation Center as only Metro Cars/Metro Transportation is allowed there. They would direct you to the “Reserved/Prearranged Transportation Center” for that terminal (or you can follow the signs for this) for where their car/van will be waiting for you or you could visit their web site for terminal directions: http://customtransit.com/terminals/

2 passengers: DTW → Ann Arbor ($47), Ann Arbor → DTW ($44) or Round-trip ($85)
3 passengers: DTW → Ann Arbor ($50), Ann Arbor → DTW ($47) or Round-trip ($90)
4 passengers: DTW → Ann Arbor ($55), Ann Arbor → DTW ($50) or Round-trip ($95)
Each additional passenger lowers the per-passenger price. For instance, a group of 4 can
make a round-trip for about $24 per person. Holiday and late night service charges may
apply. Allow 1-hour of travel time before you reach Detroit Metro Airport and a 15
minute pick-up window as a norm.
2. Ann Arbor Airport Shuttle

Shuttles operate normally from 6:00AM to 8:00PM. Reservations can be made between 4:00AM to 6:00AM for an additional $5. For quick service please make reservations by phone, not by email.

*Operates seven days a week, including holidays. Roughly a bus departs each terminal every two hours from 7:20am until 10:00pm depending on which terminal you are in. Reservations are suggested at least one-hour prior to the scheduled departure. However, they can sometimes accommodate last minute requests but you would need to pay for ticket by phone or web site with a credit card as the driver only accepts cash for payment. Same goes for eastbound to DTW airport (Ann Arbor → DTW Airport).
