You Discover Alternatives for Reaching a Solution
Consultation provides you with a safe harbor to discuss any workplace concern, off the record, and explore alternatives for addressing it. We will talk with you by phone (anonymously if you prefer), or meet with you in person. No one will be notified of your concern without your permission.
Outcomes of consultation may be
- Answers about university policies and practices.
- Referral to relevant campus resources for your concern.
- Coaching and preparation to address the concern yourself.
- A decision to explore mediation with others involved in your concern.
- Assistance from the consultant in gathering needed information and making needed contacts to assist you through a difficult bureaucratic situation.
