Who are the mediators?
The mediators are University of Michigan faculty and staff who are professionally trained mediators with a broad knowledge of the University. Mediators can help you prepare for very difficult conversations that need to be held with others in the workplace, or they can meet with all parties concerned to discuss the problem-solving process. We will assist you in identifying a mediator who can best meet your specific needs.
