Buffalo Game Cancelled Due to Icy Field

Buffalo, NY -- Michigan got on a bus Saturday expecting to play #25 Buffalo today in a rematch of last year's CCLA championship game.  Instead, icy field conditions forced the game to be cancelled, and the Wolverines had a long ride home with nothing to show for the overnight trip.

Michigan had been looking to extend their CCLA win streak to 47 against Buffalo.  After a pair of games next weekend at #7 Colorado and at #3 Colorado State, the fourth ranked Wolverines end their regular season on Wednesday, April 16 against CCLA rival Michigan State.  That game will be played at Birmingham Seaholm High School at 7:30 p.m.

After the Michigan State game, the Wolverines will take a week off for final exams, and then attempt to earn their fifth straight CCLA championship at the CCLA Tournament - April 25-27 at Notre Dame Prep High School in Pontiac, Michigan.  Seedings and a complete tournament schedule will be released on Monday, April 21.
