CANCELLATION POLICY

Full refunds, minus a $50 administrative fee, will be granted for cancellation notifications received before July 1, 2008.

After July 1, refunds (minus the $50 administrative fee) can only be given for certified medical reasons.  Certification must be in the form of a signed medical statement from a physician, and it must be received before the day camp begins or no refund can be given.

Campers who have to leave camp early for medical reasons will receive a pro-rated refund, minus non-waivable camp costs.

Campers who are asked to leave camp for disciplinary reasons will not receive any refund.
