2:00 - 4:30 p.m.	Session 1 (stick skills, proper warm-up, form & position, cage work)

6:30 p.m.	Roll Call, Walk to Fields
6:45 - 8:30 p.m.	Session 2 (footwork, types of shots, cage work, video)
9:00 - 10:30 p.m.	Camp Store Open Optional Special Session (stick stringing)
11:00 p.m.	Lights Out
Saturday
7:00 a.m.	Wake-up
7:15 - 8:15 a.m.	Breakfast
8:45 a.m.	Roll Call, Walk to Fields
9:00 - 11:00 a.m.	Session 3 (feeds, communication, stations)
11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.	Lunch (camp store open until 1:15)
1:30 p.m.	Roll Call, Walk to Fields
1:45 - 4:15 p.m.	Session 4 (improvement drills, clearing, video)
5:00 - 6:00 p.m.	Dinner (camp store open until 6:15)
6:30 p.m.	Roll Call, Walk to Fields
6:45 - 8:30 p.m.	Session 5 (goalie games)
9:00 - 10:30 p.m.	Camp Store Open Optional Special Session (topic TBA)
11:00 p.m.	Lights Out
Sunday
7:00 a.m.	Wake-up
8:15 a.m.	Roll Call, Walk to Fields
8:30 - 10:30 a.m.	Session 6 (lecture, goalie olympiad)
10:30 - 11:00 a.m.	Wrap-Up, Awards & Raffle
11:00 a.m. - noon	Check-Out

Commuters do not eat breakfast at the camp. They may leave any time after the evening session ends each night up until the end of the special session at 10:30 p.m.

Note: In the event of weather that threatens the safety of campers and staff, or that the university determines will cause severe damage to the fields, all campers will be moved indoors to the Bursley cafeteria for lacrosse video instruction and other activities. Every effort will be made to move sessions to other facilities if weather becomes a major problem, but the camp cannot guarantee alternate field and transportation availability. Although very rare, severe weather or constant rain can make local fields unplayable. The camp cannot be held financially responsible for weather that preempts scheduled sessions.
