WINTER COACHING CLINIC

The Michigan Winter Coaches Clinic offers a unique local opportunity to learn from some of the top lacrosse coaches in the country.

The day begins at Oosterbaan Fieldhouse for live, on-field demonstrations of drills and coaching techniques, followed by a Michigan practice session.  The clinic then moves to a large meeting room at the Four Points by Sheraton Inn down the road for four one-hour teaching sessions with top college coaches.  A clinic notebook will include notes and outlines, and coaches will use visual aids whenever applicable.  The evening clinic sessions include a full, buffet dinner.

After the clinic sessions, all participants will have the chance to socialize and pick the brains of the clinicians and the coaches who will be instructing at Sunday's player clinic.

Also, by attending the coaching clinic, coaches will have the opportunity to attend the player clinic the next day to watch their players and the full staff of visiting coaches at work.  It can be extremely valuable to see how college coaches work through teaching points.
