The Michigan lacrosse team raises an annual operating budget of over $500,000.  This budget enables the team to operate much like a top-tier Division 1 varsity program when it comes to providing support services, equipment, coaching and travel.  Player dues of $3,500 a year cover a little less than a third of the operating budget.  In order for the team to reach its goals it must fundraise about $300,000 a year.
