CHEMISTRY BIOLOGY INTERFACE
TRAINING PROGRAM
The 2006 Keynote Speaker is Dr. Alison Butler. Dr. Butler is professor at the University of California at Santa Barbara. Dr. Butler received her Ph.D. from the University of California, San Diego in 1982. She was a NIH Postdoctoral Fellow at UCLA and Caltech before joining the faculty in 1986. Her awards include: an American Cancer Society Junior Faculty Research Award. She is currently a member of the Editorial Boards of J. Biol. Inorg. Chem. and J. Inorg. Biochemistry, and a former member of the Editorial Board of Inorganic Chemistry. She is also on the Executive Committee of the Division of Inorganic Chemistry of the ACS.
