Michigan Chemistry Department

The Michigan Chemistry department is home to roughly 40 faculty members, many of whom hold positions in other departments and centers at the University. Initially, we will only be accepting applications for fellowships primarily based in the department, but there are still many opportunities for cross-disciplinary projects combining chemistry with biology, physics, engineering, medical imaging and many other exciting new frontier areas. The Michigan Chemistry department is a vibrant environment where faculty enthusiastically welcome collaborative ideas, so look through the areas at the left and you might find that your idea overlaps with interests of more than one group.
