At this first meeting/signup, you will give us your contact information, a deposit for the trip/trips you are attending, and select a tshirt size if interested in purchasing one.
At the second meeting, we will need a signed waiver, room assignment will be dealt with, and the rest of the payment will be collected.
For spring break there will most likely be a pre trip meeting as well.
