The Michigan Telecommunications and Technology Law Review was started in the spring of 1994 by a group of students at The University of Michigan Law School and the University of Michigan Business School. The goal of the Review is to provide legal practioners, business people, and policy makers with a state-of-the-art forum through which they can keep abreast of the latest developments with the ever-expanding field of telecommunications.

In addition to being unique in practice area coverage, the Review is also taking an unprecedented approach in its information delivery as it will be the first law journal of any kind to be published exclusively on-line through the World Wide Web, and the L exis/Nexis services of Mead Data Central.

This unprecedented approach will allow readers to respond to articles in the Review through the use of E-Mail. In addition to giving the readers the opportunity to assume an interactive role, on-line publication will also allow authors to update a previou sly written piece simply by submitting the additional material to the Review. The option will be of particular use to authors writing on legislative or regulatory issue as these areas are in constant shift.

Our first issue is scheduled to be published some time in late March of 1995.
