Diamonation

We will be comparing a diamond pushup and a standard pushup. The diamond push-up is performed when the index fingers and thumbs of both hands are touching in a diamond shape. The standard pushup is performed when the arms are shoulder width apart. The question that we will answer is. . .drum roll please. . .how does the angle between the arm and forearm differ when performing the two styles of pushups? This question is important because it will determine the level of stress placed on the elbow joint due to the particular angle and the muscles emphasized in each style of pushup.
