Domination

How does one's body form differ when performing the movement of a chin-up versus a pull-up? This topic is particularly interesting because we perform these movements on a daily basis during our exercise routines. This is important to answer because these movements place strain on different muscles. By noting the difference in muscle strain, this experiment could help us see whether the chin-up or pull-up will train the arm muscles more effectively and cause less injury.
