The comparison of level verses incline gait is important to document in order to obtain data that will note any discrepancies or differences in the movement at a level and inclined surface. For the purpose of this project a standard treadmill was used. Is there any advantage or disadvantage to a level surface verses an inclined one? Is there more work involved in accomplishing the desired movement at an incline?
