The Sandlot

We are looking to see how different terrain affects jumping and landing kinematics. We are interested in seeing how an uneven surface, such as sand alters jumping and landing kinematics, compared to an even surface such as an indoor track. This is important because how an individual lands, could make them prone to injury.
