The U-M College of Engineering's Human-Powered Sub team featured in our last issue finished first in speed for the two-person sub class and took third place for innovation. Capt. Joe Tilchen '02 of Novi, Michigan reports: "A German TV magazine following us around the whole week doing interviews and shooting lots of footage, Scientific American Explorer put a camera on our sub, and actor Alan Alda interviewed some of our members."
