This is a rotational position that includes work in Technical Support and Field Service. Technical Support involves handling phone and email requests from our customers that have questions about our software, and usually involves in-depth troubleshooting. As you can imagine, these questions can vary wildly and cover diverse topics such as installation, software bugs, programming, networking, architecture, how-to, documentation, and so on. Field Service involves installation and configuration of our software at a customer site, either in-person or remote. This requires properly installing and configuring the software for the customers’ environment and troubleshooting any issues that come up. It also requires some travel to customer sites. The role in general requires strong computer knowledge, troubleshooting ability, and communication skills.
