The Office of the Associate Provost for Academic and Multicultural Affairs has as one of its primary missions to support the intellectual and scholarly development of the University's faculty. The infusion of multicultural content and intellectual diversity into the teaching and research activities of faculty is the foundation of institutional change and a reflection of the high value the University places on diversity. OAPAMA provides support for faculty and primary research staff at various points in their academic careers, and also has programs that provide stimulating discourse with visiting faculty.
