Space Data Management Access

Space Management Reporting Server:

The Reporting Server contains Space Management, Utilities and Plant data from 1998 to present. The Space data is refreshed weekly and the Utilities and Plant data is refreshed monthly.  Please remember that any change that you make on survey data will not show up in the room reporting table until it has been verified by Space Analysis. The table structure is similar to the M-Pathways data except that:

	The data has been combined into fewer tables.
	The code description attributes have been added to the tables following any code attribute.
	Only the current records for the "Active" buildings and rooms are included
	Attribute names have been simplified.

 

Space Management Data Set in the U-M Data Warehouse:

Ad hoc queries can be run using the Space Management Data Set, which is updated weekly.  More information about the U-M Data Warehouse is available in the Data Reports section on the MAIS Web site. The MAIS Web site provides access forms, the Space/Utilities/Plant data dictionary, and more.

 

Obtaining a Reporting Userid and Password:

New users will need to request authorization to access the Space Management Reporting Server using Business Objects. The necessary forms and instructions are in the System Access section on the MAIS Web site.
