Counseling is available to any student. The College of Pharmacy offers consultation about plans and goals and the University offers other counseling and support services. The Student Services Office (734-764-7420) gives advice on career and educational choices, health, employment, housing, finances, and personal problems, and makes referrals to other student service agencies such as the Career Planning and Placement Office, Counseling Center, Mental Health Clinic, Reading Improvement Service, and Speech Clinic. Several community service agencies provide help to students, and counseling is also available from members of the campus Association of Religious Counselors. A 24-hour phone hotline, 76-GUIDE (phone 764-8433), offers information, counseling and referral services.
