Location, location, location:

The house is located on the corner of Catherine and North Ingalls, just two blocks from the U of M Medical School and the University Hospitals. We're so close, you can afford to hit the snooze button a few times without being late to class. When the Michigan winter hits, you'll appreciate the covered walkway leading directly to school.

Amenities:

We have ample workout equipment, including a brand new PRECOR elliptical runner and free weights. The washer and dryer are free. For convenient computing we have wireless internet and a new PC for those without their own. There's a storage room, a bike room, a TV room, and a study room with old tests and notes, and reference books. As Leila (Class of 2004) says, "The bathrooms are nicely decorated and very clean." That's due to our recent $80,000 bathroom renovations and the house maid service.

Cost:

Despite the high cost of living in Ann Arbor, Phi Rho is inexpensive. Rent is $425 per month for your very own single. This in includes utilities, maid service, laundry, furnishings and wireless internet. Parking spots are available for rent. A full meal plan is $195 a month while the dinner-only plan is $155 per month. Shop around if you must, but no other place offers so many benefits for such a bargain price (Actually, we already did your research for you).
