Why did you want to start your own fraternity?

Pi Psi strives to make a better tomorrow for its members and society as a whole.  Members of Pi Psi are totally dedicated to the organization.  Judging by the vast positive response that Pi Psi has received, only in its infancy, shows that the ideals and expectations of the organization are in line with many people. The same who are looking for the perfect vehicle to grow and inevitably prosper as a Brother of Pi Psi Fraternity, Incorporated.

Why didn't you pledge another Greek organization?

Pi Psi does not demean, dislike, or bash any other fraternal organization.  Pi Psi has the utmost respect and admiration for all fraternal organizations, regardless of our differences or ideologies.  Other organizations are respected for their legacy, their accomplishments, their upliftment of the community, and their sense of brotherhood/sisterhood.  Pi Psi, as a more recent established organization, looks forward to the opportunity to learn from the established fraternities, while our organization grows.

Members of Pi Psi like to say that a fraternity should fit like a glove.  What better fit than to design one of your own!?  The most ask question should be, why did you pledge Pi Psi?

What makes Pi Psi different from other Greek Letter Organizations?
Of course there will be some similarities from organization to organization, but what makes organizations distinct are the people comprised therein.  The members of Pi Psi all have very unique qualities and at the same time have many of the same sense of values, morals, and goals.  Our diverse out look alone will make Pi Psi unique in its intents and approaches.  Pi Psi Members feel that it is essential that there is a strong support mechanism and an awareness as well as a solution for today's common dilemmas. We have assessed several needs and have received  great responses from very enthused potential members of Pi Psi Fraternity, Incorporated.

Does Pi Psi Haze?

NO!

What are Pi Psi's Colors?  Does Pi Psi have a symbol?

After much research and debate, Pi Psi's colors have been established as Burgundy and Gold.  Both colors have symbolic meanings.

Unlike many organizations, Pi Psi has two symbolic symbols:  They are the Greek Phoenix and the Lion.  The Phoenix is very unique to this organization.  Just like the times of old, there was only bird of this type that existed at any time.  It had gold and reddish purple (burgundy) feathers.  According to many Greek writers, the Phoenix lived to an ripe age of 500 years, while others estimated its life span as long as 12,954 years.  At the end of its life cycle, the Phoenix would burn itself by flying through a fiery grave.  Out of its own ashes, the Phoenix presented itself with renewed youth and beauty.  From this idea, it became a symbol of immortality and rebirth.  This prophesy and life span parallels the present and future experiences of our Fraternal Organization and our committed existence.
