Pi Psi Fraternity, Inc. respects the National Pan-Hellenic Council and it's members. We understand that what they have accomplished took years and they deserve respect. Pi Psi also can learn many things from the NPHC and it's members but in turn they can also learn from us. Pi Psi has always given everyone respect and treated everyone situation in a professional manner. Pi Psi gives respect and demands the same amount of respect. Individual members in Pi Psi may have problems with other individuals or vice versa but, that should not result in a loss of respect. 

Did P-Psi steal from Phi Beta Sigma? 

Pi Psi Fraternity, Inc. did not steal history, hand signs, principles, calls, or anything from Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. It all stems down to the day when two young men went to a Sigma open house (during their freshmen year). After the open house the two young men were still interested in the Sigma's but wanted to find out more about the fraternity before they made any wrong decisions. As we all know, the organization should be in your heart before you make any decision. After further research these two young men decided that the Sigma's were not for them. They went and discussed with their other three good friends how they wanted to start their own fraternity. One that fit the their identities and expressed the brotherhood that they had for one another.  

Many people in the greek system have thought about many organizations before they finally made a decision to really pursue one organization. Many have thought they wanted to be in one organization and found out that that one was not for them. Our founders sought and did not find, so they made their own. 

What is P-Psi's symbol? 

Pi Psi's symbol is the Lion. The Phoenix has great meaning in our organization but our main symbol is the Lion.  
  
Does P-Psi haze? 

Pi Psi Fraternity, Inc. does not haze. PERIOD.
