The Philippine Study Group is undertaking
a survey of personnel and material resources. This survey is for exploratory purposes, primarily for
assessing the feasibility of requesting Philippine-related courses to be offered at the University of
Michigan. We are therefore requesting your help towards this objective by completing one of these surveys,
targeted at your specific group.

each page, you will find directions on how to complete and submit the survey. If you do not want to
complete the survey electronically, please contact PSGSA for a hard copy. We will send the hard copy
to you with a self-addressed stamped envelope. When you complete the survey, you can mail it to the
PSGSA postal address.
