Purpose of the Initiation Program

a. Become acquainted with the chapter's active alumni, honorary members and advisor(s).

b. Learn all you coan about each Brother and fellow initiate.

c. Learn the National Constitution and Chapter Bylaws.

d. Become familiar with the names and faces of teh National Council Officers and National Staff

e. Know the locations of other Phi Sigma Pi chapters.

f. Learn about your college or university as well as the surrounding community

g. Develop pride in and dedication to Phi Sigma Pi

National Expectation

1) Coordinate each of the following events:
- Social event
- Service project
- Fundraising activity
- Scholarship Event

2) Learn Phi Sigma Pi history (national and local)

3) Learn to sing the fraternal songs

4) Allow time for study hours

5) Familiarize yourself with each of your chapter's committeess

6) Attend chapter meetings to understand how meetings are strucutred

7) Pass the national membership exam

8) Fullfill your financial obligations
