Elderly Observation Grading Sheet

You have the option of doing ONE of the following:

1. Observe Elderly(s): The elderly(s) must be above the age of 63. While you are observing, please note things that the adolescent does, says, sees, etc. (You must observe for 45 minutes.) After which, write up an 2 - 3 page report on your observations and relate it to relevant course material. You will have to skim ahead in your book.
2. Do your own thing: Should you chose to do this option, you will need to design an activity that you want to find my information about and relate it to course material. You MUST okay your idea with me. If you have any questions do not hesitate to ask.

Point Distribution (15 points)

Followed Syllabus Directions (paper layout & assignment directions) - 5 points

Evidence that you spent 45 minutes observing in your paper - 5 points

Incorporation of text material - 5 points
