1. What are the "things" that make up a school setting (in terms of physical structure, personnel, practices, etc.)?

2. How can we describe a school's climate? How do we make "feelings" tangible?

3. How can we measure a school's climate? Whose perspectives are important?

4. How can we evaluate the impact of a schools climate on an individual or group of individuals?

5. Can a single school setting be different for different individuals in the setting?

6. Can groups or individuals influence the school climate?
