All applicants to EEB, as well as applicants to other programs with a particular interest in the Wittkopp lab are encouraged to contact Dr. Wittkopp direclty.

Opportunities for undergraduate research
The University of Michigan provides many opportunities for students to get involved in original research.

Freshman and Sophmore students can apply to the Undergraduate Research Opportunities Program (UROP) at the beginning of each year.

Juniors and Seniors can earn credit for independent research through EEB or MCDB.
