Michigan Rowing
Summer Camp 2007:
Activities

This summer, be coached by nationally acclaimed collegiate coaches, row out of Michigan's Boathouse on Belleville Lake (site of the 2008 Big Ten Championships), use the Michigan Rowing Team's Indoor Training Facilities, meet with Michigan strength coaches, and receive video analysis and one-on-one evaluations of your rowing.

• Be coached on rowing techniques, including drive mechanics, catch preparation, blade-seat timing, and blade work.
• Learn about race strategy and pacing.
• Get details about the Wolverine Training Plan, consider a wider range of training expectations, and hear about physiological effects of training.
