Michigan Rowing is required to receive a physician's consent from each woman who would like to try out for the Michigan Rowing Novice Squad.

We have linked a form for you to download, so that you may bring it to your physician before the tryout period begins. You also may make an appointment and bring this form with you to Michigan's University Health Services, which is located on campus at 207 Fletcher Street.
