Established by Senate Assembly according to Regent's Bylaw 4.06 :
...The assembly shall establish standing committees to advise and consult with the vice presidents of the University on matters within the areas of their respective responsibilities....
Purpose: This committee shall advise and consult with the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer on financial affairs that involve the University at large, including among other matters, campus planning, capital outlay, plant and equipment and parking. In addition, this committee shall concern itself with matters affecting the preservation of the environment and the cultural heritage with respect to the University and community.
Composition: Nine faculty members for three year terms
Procedures: Meets monthly during the academic year
