Recent Activity

On September 20, Senate Assembly held its first meeting of the year and co-sponsored the President's inaugural "Address to the University."  The University Senate also called a meeting for September 20 to discuss the formation of an Administration Evaluation Committee (AEC).

Upcoming Events

On October 25, Senate Assembly will hold its second meeting of the year from 3:15 to 4:00 p.m. in the Rackham Amphitheatre.  A report from the Childcare Taskforce and further action on the AEC formation are scheduled agenda items.  Immediately following the October Senate Assembly meeting, the third Regent Candidates' Forum presented by Senate Assembly will take place.  The Forum is scheduled from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. in the Amphitheatre.

On November 18, Senate Assembly and SACUA Chair Stanley Berent will give the annual Chair's address to the Regents.  Copies of Professor Berent's remarks will be provided to the Regents in advance of the meeting.
