 1.         APPROVAL OF NOTES FROM PRIOR MEETINGS

The minutes from 12/8/00 and 1/12/01 were approved.

2.         UPDATES FROM THE CHAIR

Would like presentation on MEMS activity for next month.

3.         UPDATES FROM OVPR

Robert Todd provided an update on the Michigan Life Sciences Corridor (handouts) and UM’s Life Sciences Initiative developed by President Bollinger. 

4.         NEXT MEETING

            A.        The next meeting is scheduled for Friday, March 9, 2001.

            B.         Future meeting dates:
