list by sending an email to:

sailing-alumni-request@umich.edu with subject: subscribe
Unsubscribe emails to: sailing-alumni-request@umich.edu with the subject: Unsubscribe

To recieve an email whenever a new News post is made on the main page Join the:
sailing-postings@umich.edu list by sending an email to:

sailing-postings-request@umich.edu with the subject: subscribe
Unsubscribe emails to: sailing-postings-request@umich.edu with the subject: unsubscribe

The above lists are moderated so that only the adminsitrators can sent out emails.
