Salto is a cultural organization that brings the art of ballet and lyrical style dance to the University community.  Salto aims to express ourselves creatively and inspire other people to appreciate these dance forms. Salto was founded in fall of 2009 by Anna Badalian and Lizzi Shea.  The group was formed to provide an outlet for the many ballet and lyrical dancers on campus, and to give them an opportunity to develop as choreographers, dancers, and creative thinkers.  Salto currently practices twice a week, at Kenville Studios. The company holds its own performances and also performs in many events around campus.
