Cyberstalking, or the use of the Internet, e-mail, or other electronic communications to repeatedly threaten or harass another person is a growing problem.  In fact, many experts say it appears to be getting worse.  Cyberstalkers use a variety of techniques to harass their victims, including sending hostile e-mails, publishing falsehoods about them in chat rooms, and even posing as the victims in provocative Internet communications and e-mail messages to others.
