Thank you for signing up for K-grams' 2009 Kids-Fair! We have received your initial registration and now need to take a few more simple steps before finalizing our plans. We are very excited to have you join our team and bring Reading, Writing, Swingin', and Smilin' to so many kids! Your Outreach member will work with you on these steps, so feel free to ask him/her any questions. |

| Step 1: Begin brainstorming concrete ideas for your activity at the Kids-Fair. The activity should be both educational and interactive to some degree, while incorporating this year's theme, which is Kids Karnival! Your booth should seek to encompass the theme while keeping in mind we are promoting participation rather than competition. While something like face painting is always fun, you should try to create an educational twist to your event. Use your group's skills! | |||

2: Transfer the table
registration fee (see below) to the K-grams Kids-Fair student account
(#935007) or write a check to "Kids-Fair" to cover the amount. (Please
consult your Outreach member if problems arise with this balance.) Before December 1st, 2008 ...... $15 Before January 16th, 2009 .. ... $20 Before February 13th, 2009..... $25 |

| Step 3: Fill out the final Group Information Form with your Outreach member (during Winter Term). Be sure to get a copy of the form as your official receipt for the Kids-Fair. | |||
| Step 4: Keep in mind that you will need to provide your own supplies for the event, which will include over 1,000 little kids as well as older kids, parents, teachers, etc.You should start planning now regarding logistics and number of volunteers for your table. For instance, you will need at least two people at all times between 8am and 1pm. Remember: you cannot have any propaganda for your group at the Fair! | |||
| Step 5: As a group contact, you must attend one of the two mandatory meetings. These meetings are still being planned and we will contact you when we have the dates. Final details, reminders, and your placement at the Fair will be distributed here. Remember to communicate with your Outreach member with any other questions before then or look at the web or email us! Get Excited!!! |
