K-grams!
Step-by-Step Guide to Setting Up a Swing Session

1. Talk to your group members and decide to participate in a Swing Session!
2. Fill out the interest form on the K-grams website.
3. Meet with the Student Group Director(s) and present any ideas that you have for an activity.  If you don't have one, they will work with you to develop a fun, quality idea that the big and little kids will enjoy. With the Student Group Director(s), discuss the times and days when your group would like to host your Swing Session.
4. The Student Group Director(s) will contact K-grams teachers who are interested in Swing Sessions and will schedule a date and time when your Swing Session will take place.
5. The Student Group Director(s) will contact you to confirm the date for your Swing Session and will set up a time to meet once more with you. Once this is established, you should recruit members from your group to volunteer at the Swing Session.
6. Finalize your activity idea and prepare any supplies needed for the Swing Session.
7. Meet with the Student Group Director(s) and finalize all Swing Session activity plans. Be sure to tell the Student Group Director(s) how many volunteers plan on attending the project.
8. Plan for your group to meet at the Cube (area behind the Michigan Union and LSA Building) about 30 minutes before your Swing Session is scheduled to begin.
9. Go to the Swing Session and have fun!
