Talk to your group members and decide to
participate in a Swing Session! |

Fill out the interest
form on the K-grams website. |

Meet with the Student Group Director(s) and present any ideas
that you have for an activity. If you don't have one, they will work with
you to develop a fun, quality idea that the big and little kids will enjoy.
With the Student Group Director(s), discuss the times and days when your
group would like to host your Swing Session. |

The Student Group Director(s) will contact K-grams teachers who
are interested in Swing Sessions and will schedule a date and time when your Swing
Session will take place. |

The Student Group Director(s) will contact you
to confirm the date for your Swing Session and will set up a time to meet
once more with you. Once this is established, you should recruit members from your
group to volunteer at the Swing Session. |

Finalize your activity idea
and prepare any supplies needed for the Swing Session. |
| 7. |
Meet with the Student Group Director(s) and
finalize all Swing Session activity plans. Be sure to tell the Student Group
Director(s) how many volunteers plan on attending the project. |
| 8. |
Plan for your group to meet at
the Cube (area behind the Michigan Union and LSA Building) about 30 minutes
before your Swing Session is scheduled to begin. |

Go to the Swing Session and have fun! |
