Swing Kids

As a Swing Kid, you will supervise the pen pal letter collection each month and encourage college pen pal involvement. Each Swing Kid will be assigned to a group of 20-30 pen pals who correspond with one elementary school classroom. Throughout the year you will work with this group of pen pals, ensuring that all letters are turned in on the monthly due date, facilitating interaction among the pen pals, and acting as the pen pals’ main contact with K-grams.

In addition, every month you will create a package in which the letters will be delivered to the elementary classroom and have meetings with your hall team to coordinate and execute classroom projects.
