You may insert your own ads in table tent holders, but these arrangements must be made with the Manager (who is not available on weekends). There is no late fee if you insert your own table tents. |
| Sunday bus signs | Thursday, Friday | Due by Thursday at 11:00 p.m. if you need SORC staff to glue-mount them. Due by Friday at 6:00 p.m. if you glue-mount them yourself. |

If you reserve the space for multiple weeks, but miss the deadline for the first week, simply turn in your bus signs before the next week's deadline and they will be placed on the second Sunday of your reservation. |

| Digital Ads | 7PM the day before the reservation is scheduled to start. | Reserve at least 24 hours in advance. Ads begin displaying at the stroke of midnight on the start date. Email the .jpg file to digital-ad@umich.edu no later than 7PM on the day before you'd like it to begin displaying.

| Bus signs | Bus signs fill up during many weeks during peak programming times in the fall and winter semesters. Winter semester reservations begin in December. Reservations for Summer and early September begin in April. Reservations for Fal begin the first week of July. Plenty of space is available from May through mid-August, and space rental is deeply discounted. Request space online here. | During peak season, allow at least three weeks. |
