Digital advertising screens are a remarkably effective way to convey your message in full color to thousands of passers-by in the Michigan Union, Michigan League, Pierpont Commons, and several Campus Computing Sites.

Locations
When you rent daily advertising space on the digital screens, you can expect to see your ad on twenty-three different screens in the following locations:
Michigan Union:
- Campus Information Center, 1st floor
- Left of elevator, ground floor
- North entrance stairwell, ground floor
Michigan League:
- Ingalls Mall entrance, 1st floor
- South entrance, 1st floor
Pierpont Commons:
- Adjacent to North Campus Information Center
Campus Computing Sites:
- Angell Hall -- two 46" displays on the main floor
- Ford School -- iMac
- Graduate Library -- iMac
- Language Resource Center -- iMac
- Learning Resource Center -- 32" display
- Public Health Library -- iMac
- Science Learning Center -- three iMacs
- Stephen Ross Athletic Academic Center -- 32" display
- School of Education 3rd floor -- iMac
- School of Social Work -- iMac
- Undergraduate Library 1st floor and 3rd floor -- iMac
- Michigan Union basement -- iMac
- Angell Hall -- 32" displays planned for the lobby and fishbowl lounge area
- Union basement lab -- 32" display to replace iMac
Availability
Ads display for 12 seconds at a time, randomly. The frequency of exposure depends on the number of organizations that reserve space at the same time as you. You can reserve ad space for as many days as your budget permits, up to a semester at a time. Just design your digital ad (Adobe Photoshop is recommended) to meet the specs below and e-mail it to digital-ad@umich.edu.

Content Requirements
All basic content requirements established by The SORC apply, most importantly: organization name must be visible on all digital ads. All ads are subject to SORC approval. Hint: Successful advertisements are those that are colorful, eye-catching, and concise. Most people are on the go, and they do not have the time (or attention span) to read a lengthy advertisement.
Deadlines & Placements
Digital advertising screens display your advertisement via a website; Student Managers post ads to this website between 7PM and 11PM, Sunday through Thursday and between 3PM and 6PM Friday of every week. Ads must be submitted 24 hours before the posting date. Ads must be formatted correctly before this deadline, or placement may be delayed. Student Managers are not available to post new ads on Saturdays, so if you want your ad to run for a weekend, you must submit it and sign a contract by closing time on Friday.
Construction Guidelines
All advertisements must be in the following format:
.jpg format
1024X768 pixels (768 tall; 1024 wide)
72 dpi (dots per inch)
"RGB" mode
