The Saul & Shirley Lederer Merit Scholarship

Adam Miller's grandparents, Saul and Shirley Lederer, established this scholarship to honor Adam, and to assist students with disabilities. This scholarship is offered to students who have hearing, visual, and mobility impairments or chronic health issues. Two recipients are chosen annually for awards of $1000 each. Funds are dispersed directly to the students. To be eligible for this scholarship, students must be enrolled at The University of Michigan, have one of the prescribed impairments listed above and be active in their University Community. Students must submit a current academic transcript and a brief essay detailing the intended use of the scholarship fund. Notice of these scholarships will be sent through the SSWD Student email list.
