I wouldn't be surprised if this really happened.... Donald Rumsfeld was giving the President his daily briefing on the war in Iraq. He concluded by saying: "Yesterday, 3 Brazilian soldiers were killed." "OH NO!" the President exclaimed. "That's terrible!" His staff, stunned at this display of emotion, nervously watched as the President sat still for several seconds, his head in hands. Finally, G-Dubya looked up and asked, "How many is a brazillion?"
