| Benzenethiol adsorbs as surface thiolate and surface hydrogen following S-H bond scission. Thermal reaction of the adsorbed benzenethiol produces benzene and hydrogen, as shown above. Asside from physisorbed benzenethiol, no other products were found to desorb from the surface. |
