As a registrant and dancer participating in the Ann Arbor Lindy Exchange 2005 (EatMe in Ann Arbor) from July 22 - 24, 2005, I hereby agree to release and hold harmless all members of the Ann Arbor Lindy Exchange, volunteers, dance promoters, venue owners, managers, sponsors, employees, and other participants, of both public and private lands where the event is held. The committee members, contributors, agents of the Ann Arbor Lindy Exchange shall also be released from any negligent act or omission and shall also include any loss, damage or cost incurred due to participation in the event.
I acknowledge and accept full responsibility and risk for any property damage, injury or death to myself as a result in engaging in any event activities. This waiver of liability and agreement to hold harmless does not waive the rights of the participant with regard to any individual who causes damage to the participant's property or person by intentional wrongdoing and malfeasance that was not authorized or approved by the above. Furthermore, this waiver of liability does not waive the rights of others with regard to the undersigned participant, where he/she causes damage to property or person by his/her intentional wrongdoing and malfeasance.
